Centralised Lubrication System
Systematrix manufacture LUBRISYS range of centralized lubrication systems viz. progressive & distributor type system, dual line sustems, single shot systems including their pumps, metering devices, accessories, reverse valve & elctronic controllers. The service include design, manufacturing & installation.
Centralized Lubrication System is widely used in all types of machinery and the basic types of lubrication are:
Re Circulating Oil System:
These Are Used in Machinery Wherein, the Oil is Used by the Parts and the Oil Collected and Re Circulated Using a Pump. the Common Type of Application Are the Enclosed Gear Boxes, However, for Gears Which Are Not Enclosed Spraying of Oil is Desired. There Are Types of Systems Which Require Many Parts to Be Lubricated Continuously, Here Use of Progressive Distributors Are Used to Ensure That All Parts of the Machine Get the Lubricant in Equal Amount.
Single Shot Lubrication System:
Majority of Machines Require Small Doses of Oil to Various Parts of the Machine. in This System a Small Power Pack Called the Lubricating Pump Which Runs on Electric Supply/Manual or Pneumatic Drive is Used. Here, the Use of Metering Cartridges (Sometimes Called ‘injectors’) Allows a Maximum No of Points to Be Lubricated in a Very Small Systematic Manner, So That Lubrication is Achieved Regularly in Small Quantities and with Better Frequency, Thereby Optimum Usage of Lubricant is Achieved, Thus No Spillage of Oils, and the Frequent Lubrication Ensures Better Life Than Conventional Manual Lubrication.
We Have Developed Injectors/Metering Cartridges Which Not Only Perform Better, but Also Indicate when the Injectors Are in Operation, Without the Removal of Pipes and Cumbersome Methods. Unlike Other Injectors Our Metering Cartridges Are Made Such That the Flow of Each Injector Can Be Controlled and a Range Upto 0.4 Cc Can Be Achieved on Single Point Thereby Adjusting the Flow as Per the Requirement is Possible.
The Selection of the system will depend on many factors such as:
- Lubricant to Be Used
- the Size of the Machine/Equipment to Be Lubricated
- Distances Between Each Point to Be Lubricated
- Accessibility of the Points to Be Lubricated

Systematrix Engg Services manufactures Single shot Systems. Majority of machines require small doses of oil to lubricate various parts of the machine. In this lubrication system, a small power pack called the LUBRISYS lubricating pump (Electric /Manual or pneumatic drive) is used. Here, the use of LUBRISYSmetering cartridges (sometimes called ‘injectors’) allows a maximum number of points to be lubricated in very small quantities and in a systematic manner, so that lubrication is achieved regularly, in small quantities and with better frequency Hence optimum usage of lubricant is achieved, with no spillage of oils, plus the frequent lubrication ensures better life in comparison to conventional manual lubrication.

Systematrix Engg Services manufactures LUBRISYS Progressive Distributor Blocks which are modular in design. The centralized lubrication by a Modular LUBRISYN Progressive Distributor System will require a LUBRISYN Modular Progressive Distributor block and a LUBRISYN Manual Pump/Pneumatic Pump/Hydraulic Pump or Electric Pump (single phase or three phase). These blocks divide the lubricant in equal or in required quantity to all lubrication points of a machine or equipment irrespective of their relative distance or back pressure. Hence, these blocks are also called LUBRISYN Progressive Divider Valve System.
For an automatic system, LUBRISYN electronic controller and solenoid valves will be required. By using a LUBRISYN Grease Gun to operate the system, the user will find the most simple and economical lubrication system available. The advantage of using a modular LUBRISYNProgressive Distributor is that different flows are possible in a single divider valve. Systematrix Engg Services manufactures a range ofLUBRISYN Progressive Distributor Blocks to be used as Primary as well as Secondary Distributor Blocks A LUBRISYN Progressive Distributor is available in a range outlets from 2 – 28 outlets, and if many lubrication points are to be lubricated then a Primary Distributor Block and Secondary Distributor Block are desirable.
When the points to be lubricated are lesser, a Single distributor Block (also called Divider Valves) can be used. However, when the points to be lubricated are many or the points are far away from each other, then both the Primary and Secondary LUBRISYN Distributor Blocks/Divider Valves are used. The Primary LUBRISYN Distributor block/Divider Valve receives the lubricant from the pump and distributes it equally into the inlet of the Secondary Distributor block/divider Valve, which in turn distributes the received lubricant (Grease or Oil) equally into the lubricating points, thereby making optimum use of lubricant.
Generally, the Primary has a bigger flow say 0.6 cc/stroke and the secondary LUBRISYN progressive block has a relatively smaller flow say 0.2cc/stroke. The design of the lubrication system is done considering the flow of the Primary and Secondary Progressive Distributor Block/Divider Valves. One of the main advantage of LUBRISYN Centralised Lubrication System is that it makes proper use of lubricant and hence it saves precious petroleum products.

Electric Pumps are most easy for the operator and hence are becoming more popular. Unlike Manual Pump they do not require any force for operation and unlike Pneumatic Pump it does not require any compressor or Solenoid Valve for its operation It operates on Electricity which is freely available to all.
The Compact Electric Pump makes it possible to mount the same on a machine like any other pump and is a boon to the machine industry. The specification are 0.25cc per stroke and pump speed of 24 rpm. This pump can develop a pressure upto 400 bar.Special Pumps as per flow and pressure requirement are available on request.
