"This push-to-read Gauge Isolator is designed for use with pressure gauges to prevent damage from shocks."The unit automatically vents the gauge to tank when a gauge reading is not required, and considerable saving can be obtained on the life of the gauge and, the most important factor, also preserving the accuracy of the gauge. This standard unit is designed basically for panel mounting. "The unit has a basic high grade alloy O.I. body with hardened alloy steel spool, and is suitable for working pressure up to 352 kg/sq. cm (5000 psi.). Model - FGI – 01 - L

"This is the Lockable (Detent) type of Push — to — read Gauge Isolator. In addition to the features of FGI 01 model, this Isolator can be locked in READ position by a twist of the knob after pushing. This model finds application wherever pressure reading is required for a considerable period of time.

We are instrumental in offering our clients with six station pressure gauge isolators that find extensive application in various machines like CNC machines, packing machinery, lube systems, machine tools, overhead cranes and earthmoving equipment, material handling equipment, chassis of a vehicle, presses/cranes and forced lubrication systems. These six station pressure gauge isolators are precise in design and are offered to our clients in standard and customized forms.

Multi Station Pressure Gauge Isolators

Multi station Pressure Gauge Isolators may replace number of pressure gauge and shut- off valves needed lo read pressure at various points in multi pressure hydraulic system. The pressure can be read on a single pressure gauge by indexing the knob. Also, it eliminates pressure lock upon pressure gauges, reducing damage and increasing their life considerably. Two models are available.

Model: FGI-05

In case of systems having working pressure above 100 kg /sq cm If symmetrical connection are not possible, then the use of model FGI - 05 is recommended. In this model only five pressure line connection can be given to the isolator, and sixth position which is marked 'O' is used for venting pressure gauge to tank. In both models, the unwanted ports are to be plugged with ¼ BSP plugs and copper sealing rings. The isolator can be mounted with four alien screws M6, after removal of graduated dial.

Model: FGI - 06

In this model maximum six pressure line connection can be given. For reading the desired line pressure, Index and push knob. When knob is released, pressure gauge is automatically vented to tank. When using this model, if there is a working pressure above 100 kg/sq. cm. then the pressure connection must be done symmetrically.
